Paper Sun Films was established in 2009 by writer/director Christopher Presswell. Missed Connections, his first short film produced via the company, has already gathered press interest owing to the innovative way in which it was funded. In July 2009, he took part in Antony Gormley's One & Other, using his hour to raise awareness of the film. The company specializes in production, but also offers a number of useful services to filmmakers at affordable rates such as HDV camera equipment (plus operator), DVD authoring and duplication, and video transcoding.
